Grown-up Grilled Cheese

We made the best grilled cheese sandwiches tonight. No, I really mean it, the absolute best, most delicious, savory, crunchy, flavorful grilled cheese folks. It helps when you start with homemade bread (boule), which we did, and use sharp cheddar cheese, and spread Dijon mustard and about 1/2 teaspoon of horseradish on the inside of the bread, use butter on the grill side of the bread and watch your temp so the pan melts the cheese without over browning the crust. So good.
