I’m the Mother, therefore, I am the one who has to remember everything and organize life. The problem with that is, well, I’m the Mother, therefore, my life is too frantic to remember anything, or even shower. You see, that’s where it all falls apart. But rather than being upset by it, I roll with the blows knowing that I am not alone on my trek. We women were designed for this adventure, prepared by God and given all the tools necessary to manage the art of Womanhood. But sometimes, our tools get rusty, or they don’t really make it off the shelf at all. This is where others comes in handy. Not only do we share in each others’ sufferings, but joys and triumphs as well. This is a tiny place in space and time for that sharing to take place.
Let’s learn, teach, encourage, rejoice, laugh, and pray together, for “the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all men, instructing us to deny ungodliness and worldly desires and to live sensibly, righteously and godly in the present age, waiting with confidence for the blessed hope and the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Christ Jesus; who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself a people for His own possession, zealous for good deeds.”
Now let’s begin…
- Women should be teaching what is good, encouraging the young women to love their husbands, to love their children, to be sensible, pure, and workers at home (Titus 2)
- Walk in love, just as Christ also loved you and gave Himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God as a fragrant aroma (Ephesians 5)
